Ive lived here for about 3yrs. The old owners were nice enough. But it has recently been bought by hoban corporation to turn it into condos. These new owners are forcing out life long tenants onto the streets with no consideration for their safety leaving many scrambling for a place to live. They have come in here to "renovate" a few things leaving the core issues such as foundation problems, termites as well as plumbing issues to remain.
