Showed up to my tour appointment only to find out that they couldn't actually show me the unit in person because it was still occupied. This was in no way indicated on the Zillow ad or in any communication. Extremely disappointing.

I moved to this apartment recently. The move was smooth, staff is friendly and house is spacious. The location is close to downtown and capitol hills. Great apartments and stay so far!
I scheduled a tour with Avanti, but when I showed up, I couldn’t get inside because the call box was broken. I called both numbers provided, and no one picked up. Finally, a tenant let me in, but apparently the leasing office closed and no one would be back until an hour after my scheduled tour. I was never notified! This was all after I received confirmation and reminder emails for my appointment. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience.
