We lived here for 15 months, and thanks to the management, we had a good experience. It was our first time renting an apartment in the USA, and we were quite confused by the process, but the management team was very helpful and made that hectic period easier. It’s a super dog-friendly community, which was a big plus for us. I've been wanting to write this review for a while - I tried leaving some months to pass the anger away and be more fair. I did not have a good experience with Avanti. I was a guarantor and working with them has been daunting. When the tenant was behind payments, I was bombarded with messages/phone calls/emails and continuously threatened by Avanti for payment. I told them to stop harassing me and their message was simple: I signed that they could contact me in such cases, so they had the right to harass as much as they want... read more
