The staff here seems to not know what they are doing. I've heard disagreements between workers many of times. I dread going into the office because their attitude and and customer service is bad. Not to mention when I have a maintenance issue it takes forever for it to get fixed. There have been a few times that I've had even the maintenance supervisor(I believe he is the supervisor/Mexican guy) come to fix a problem and say he will come back and never did.
