I did my hair there and it looks horrible!!! They are charging such high fees and don’t know what they are doing. I had a consultation with Patti and she assured me that what I showed her on the picture she will be able to do, so I went to see Patti and she did a horrible job with the color and she cut my hair uneven. Every time I look at my hair I hate it. Now I have to redo it somewhere else and damage my hair. Aveda please send your stylists to study and learn the techniques of coloring!!!!
