I was one of the first tenants at Vista Apartments in June 2018 and I just renewed my lease for a third year. This is honestly the best housing experience I've ever had! Jocelyn is an extremely prompt property manager, as any maintenance request I've had is resolved either that day or the next. The apartments are super spacious, with all brand-new appliances and modern layout - my friends are obsessed with my apartment and so am I. Lived at Prima #2 since May of 2017. Apartments are very well done with modern interiors. Property manager Jocelyn was very prompt and attentive to any needs (as far as even getting electric charging for my vehicle). I truly appreciate that about her and the company. Pricing was good but on the higher end for the area without amenities like a pool. However, you go into this knowing you’re paying for the quality. I would recommend Avante to my family and friends if they were in the market for an apartment.

Great place to work! Enjoy my co workers and their dedication to their job.
I lived at the Riva property for just over a year. Overall, it was pricey but was a decent apartment. Maintenance staff was very timely and worked well when requested. The property manager is hard to deal with, Holly. She is very horrible at responding to messages in a timely manner. She fails to work with her tenants and will go back on her word. Lived in Turnberry for a year and enjoyed it very much. Quiet building, both area and structure. Never had any complaints about hearing neighbors or anything like that. Very spacious apartments with modern finishes. I do wish there were a few more amenities in the apartment building, but I am sure those will come with time.
