I was surprised to arrive at 6am and already find a huge lineup outside. The clinic handles the demand very well; the wait felt short because staff began to approach us in line to begin the registration process. They were kind and courteous. Although it’s a bit of a wait Dr. Singh is super helpful and a great listener! Definitely will be back. Be ready to get in line well before 7am if you’re looking to walk-in
I had a great experience at AvantDerm. My doctor suggested lining up at 6:30 but I was there earlier (around 5:45am). I was 5th in line. The staff were super nice, started getting people checked in 30min before they opened. If I didn't need a procedure done I probably would have finished my appt by 8:30am. But I needed a procedure, which I was so happy to be able to get done on the day, so I was out at 9:30am. My first experience of this clinic. And was very surprised for the coordination to make a smooth registration. Dr. Singh is amazing and very knowledgeable and kind. Recommend this clinic hands down. Clinic is busy, need a referral, and come as early as possible to get in and out before 8 am!
