This is a horrible organization run by ****** *******. This company deceptively imposed an additional $400 fee after coercing me to sign a lease agreement. They did not disclose this fee to me until I was ready to move in. This was a bait and switch tactic and failure on their part to disclose such pertinent information. She continuously harasses me about the $150 application fee that I paid stating that this was non-refundable.
