Professional, courteous, efficient and they stay on schedule.
It was my worst experience, I went to ask for an opinion on my situation (Mioma) and they did the Pap test and a uterine biopsy (cut the skin) was very painful and traumatic. They say they are routine procedures for women's health care and I agree with that. What really bothers me and seems illogical to me is that they never asked me if I would like to do it, or they told me in advance that they would do it and what the process was. I really cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr Mora is knowledgable, thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. The front office staff is so nice, nurse Katy gets back to you so quick when you have a question or issue...so does Dr Mora. Even Jenny in billing is so responsive and helpful. All of these qualities in one practice is hard to come by! So glad I found them.
For those of us who are done with childbearing and don’t need OB, I’d like to recommend a fantastic urogynecologist. She and her female partner Dr. Durrett do all regular gynecological care as well as the dual specialty of urology. Their staff is great and their office is really beautiful. Everything went flawlessly with the surgery Dr. Mora performed. Highly recommended.
Shame on them for dropping all the Medicare patients without warning. We need medical help also.
