Diyonn helped us purchase our dream home by selling our current home in 3 days! She’s nothing short of a miracle worker. Diyonn is also a wonderful person and lovely to work with. So not only does she do her job, and do it well, but she makes you feel good throughout the whole process. We are so thankful for her.
Diyonn is a delight to work with! We purchased a house with her 2017 and when we decided to sell that home and buy our forever home, she was our first call. It took us several months to find our forever home and she was patient, thorough, and kind. She and Avant Garde go above and beyond!
Highly recommend Diyonn for any and all home buying or selling needs!! She was so personable and very understanding!! She spent so much time creating reports on houses for us to view!! When it was time to buy, she helped us get into our new home in a timely fashion!! Such a great human all the way around!!
We had an appointment with Diyon at 3:30, at 3:19 she text to say she couldn’t make it until 4:10. We made a two hour plus drive to see houses in the area and this was the last house to see. We text her back letting her know that, that was too long to wait. No response. My husband called her at 3:31 and she said she could be there in 20 minutes.
