Gave me a perm, perm did not take. Wanted to wait a month for chemicals to be fully exhausted from my hair before perming again and was told no. They did offer me 2 appointments back to back from the original perm, but I requested a month. They would not give me money back and instead of wrapping me in a professional cape they wrapped trash bags around me and I ended up soaked down to my under garments. Very unprofessional...plus they have dogs running around their salon. The place is dirty...
My go-to salon for 26 years.
