its actually a shame he closed the doors and completely cut all ties from his customers. I have talked to a few others in the tesla facebook group and he doesn't respond to their texts either. Very frustrating, especially since I need a modification fixed that he done.
Joel is an ethical, honest, fair, and open Tesla mechanic that saved me hundreds of dollars on my service while providing a stellar and knowledgeable experience. It’s rare to find someone this good and humble that also communicates better than a hungry Husky. I can’t stress how complicated my issue was and how well Joel handled it. You can’t go wrong here.
