Horrible experience. Would not recommend. The customer service needs major help!
Didn't keep the 11 rooms as they promised, gave away to other people before we got there. Caused unnecessary trouble for 30 high school students and teachers and stranded us over 5 hours from home.

My teenager was part of the 30+ person group who was turned away because someone at Avania Inn lost their reservation! The group was forced to drive 3 hours for replacement accommodations. Ridiculous. Don't book a room here without a back up plan.
