Paid at dropoff then paid a second time just to pick up my jacket. When I told the lady working there that I already paid for the cleaning she said she doesn't charge at dropoff, only pickup. Don't patronize these charlatans.
Customer service is nice, quality of service has been meh for alteration. And a lot of stains never come half the time
