These folks are so professional....so thoughtful and caring. I have a effective strategy prescribed by such caring pleasant individuals from the director all the way to the receptionist at the front desk... Follow their plan and it's all good
I can not speak highly enough of the treatment I receive from both sides of the practice. Dr.Millet (second to none)on the Spravato side, along with Kat (amazing), Tina (wonderful) and the rest of that clinic staff are all accommodating, laid back, and very patient focused. They even put up with constant need for Jolly Ranchers LOL. Deb Stoia is amazing. I was so lucky to put on her patient list. She is totally awesome. I cannot say enough about how exceptional Dr. Prakken was as a physician. His compassion, expertise, and genuine care made every visit reassuring, and I deeply miss his presence in my medical care. In stark contrast, my experience with his replacement, Dr. Marks, has been nothing short of a disaster. This new doctor’s approach is shockingly dismissive and reckless. Mrs. Jurate Brigham was very calm and listened to what I had to say. She helped a lot. However, I do not understand Avance Care persistence on $150 co-pay while other doctors do not charge near that.
I've been with my pain specialist, Deb Stoia, for years. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but she has always worked with me to find the best solution for my pain. Her nurse, Carly, is also over and above in helping me with any questions or dealing with insurance, etc. I highly recommend Avance Care.
