I would give them a zero if possible. They consistently make you go back 2-3 times for simple conditions if you want any kind of treatment. We were even told during one visit that if you don't feel better in a few days call back and we will send antibiotics into the pharmacy. When we called back, they said no you have to come in for an appointment.
