We just moved in two weeks ago and love it here so far. The area is great and our townhome we are renting is very nice. The staff is great as well. Our leasing experience was wonderful! We relocated from AZ and looked at several properties. This place was by far the best and Marlon our leasing agent was spectacular!!! He was definitely he best we had encountered on our search. Glad to be out of there! During construction, we had nails and drywall in our toddler's crib and the construction crew broke water main twice and flooded or apartment: The response from management and office staff was "that's not as bad as some other apartments". Construction crew got stucco on my car and the apartment's "liason" had me call the construction company directly to get my check to clean my car. I was a resident there for 5 years...and never had issues until the new management came in. The "updates" they did make... read more
I love the place I looked at, and was set on moving into your location. The gentleman that showed me the apartment said I would receive an email the next day with a final quote and application. I never heard from this gentleman again. No email. No phone call. Thankfully he didn't. I found a place with much better reviews, and amenities. So actually, thank you.
