RecommendedFrom the beginning the leasing staff went above and beyond to help us find the best unit for our family. Move in was a breeze even with all the changes due to COVID. The community is very family oriented and offers a lot of fun events for all ages. I would highly recommend this community.

Excellent staff... everyone cares! They look outside the box to make you feel appreciated (I.e.: Just Because gift cards). The property remains clean and well kept. There is always something friendly scheduled even during the pandemic..but still 6 feet apart. Family oriented.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I promise you will be extremely disappointed. I have never left a bad review in my entire life, but I really felt the need to post one for Avana because our experience was nothing short of absolutely TERRIBLE. The rent is extremely high, but thought it was worth it to live in the Westchase area plus we thought we were going to be living in a really upstanding community. WRONG. One of worst management avana. Older management far better than current one. It is not preferred place to stay. No parking spaces and Management will towe resident vehicles and they are not responsible for anything. Simply not impressed with Avana Management. They towed my vehicle because my car touches sidewalk and I am the resident from last three years and this never happened to me.
Well managed, maintained, community with open plan apartments, 9’ ceilings and terrific Florida landscaping

If you’re ok with paying for amenities that the whole city of Westchase can use then avana is the perfect apartment for you. I was fooled into thinking the tour they take you on is exclusive to you as a resident. It’s bizarre to know you’re paying for other people to have fun with things that you can barely use because it’s too over crowded.
