Adriana Jones is an amazing psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is very warm, down to earth, and expresses kindness and compassion for her clients. I love the way she approaches treatment and makes clients feel seen and heard. Can't recommend her enough!
Extremely disappointed. Multiple times medications were not refilled on time, appointments were last-minute cancelled without confirmation or acknowledgment from the patient (yet they charge $100 fee regardless of the reason if the patient has to cancel,) extreme lack of communication/follow-up, and overall lack of professionalism. For example, they billed incorrectly and it wasn't until an agent from the patient's insurance contacted them was it resolved-- after them still trying to dispute for over an hour. I am very happy with the support my family received from Dr. Kaur and her staff. I am glad we reached out to her and her team as I feel my family get the support needed.

I’m happy to have found Dr Kaur. She is proactive and proficient. I’ve been having trouble focusing, and depending on the task even getting started can seem impossible. Was diagnosed with ADHD by a previous doctor, but despite trying several stimulants and non-stimulants, they didn’t seem to work. From early on Dr Kaur did not think I had ADHD, suggesting I get a neuropsychological test - she turned out to be right.
