I schedled an initial phone screening appointment with Avana Wellness Center after going through an initial lengthy online screening. I called the number they gave me and got to a recording that they couldn't take my call. So I left a message and didn't receive a call back, and email or anything apologizing that they just totally blew me off. Adriana Jones is an amazing psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is very warm, down to earth, and expresses kindness and compassion for her clients. I love the way she approaches treatment and makes clients feel seen and heard. Can't recommend her enough!

Extremely disappointed. Multiple times medications were not refilled on time, appointments were last-minute cancelled without confirmation or acknowledgment from the patient (yet they charge $100 fee regardless of the reason if the patient has to cancel,) extreme lack of communication/follow-up, and overall lack of professionalism. For example, they billed incorrectly and it wasn't until an agent from the patient's insurance contacted them was it resolved-- after them still trying to dispute for over an hour. I am very happy with the support my family received from Dr. Kaur and her staff. I am glad we reached out to her and her team as I feel my family get the support needed.

Stephanie is seeing my 6 year old daughter. I've tried to tell every parent I know to get their kids with her. I think she is full now and I nearly lost my own spot! She's so helpful in working with my child, and with me on how to help improve things at home.
