The coordinators are absolutely terrible to deal with in terms of customer service. My wife made a reservation a year ago. When the scheduled date for her procedure arrived, she was told that the date had to be rescheduled yet again—all because she couldn't get in touch with her coordinator. You call, and no one ever answers; you send emails, and they take forever to respond; you go to the clinic in person, and they tell you that you have to call Miami. It makes absolutely no sense. Yo soy una chica de 24 años fui desde houston a dallas y Me opere el 25 de marzo hoy llevo a penas 4 dias y me encantaron los resultados el doctor Dr. Abdul Shararah fue quien me opero me hice un BBL 360 con transfer a los gluteos y cadera quede super natural; recomiendo esta clinica al 100% todo el personal super amables,el anestesista super amable tengo ninguna queja.

My surgical date had to be rescheduled due to weather conditions (very understandable); I wss given a date and was informed to arrive @ 0830, was placed behind curtains, not a private room. I had no idea what was going on, no one would inform you or keep you posted. It wasnt until 5 or so, that someone came to ask what I was there for. MY SURGERY, clearly.
