Cancelled my procedure 3 days before surgery in April. Still have not refunded my payment. They do not return phone calls or emails. Stay away. Positive reviews are very questionable -- all people who have only 1 review and many positive reviews are written daily. Ridiculous

I'm very disappointed, I been asking for my refund for about two months and still waiting on my own money. I been calling and sending emails, and nothing seems to work. staff only tells me that they are behind or short of staff. anybody else is having the same problem? anybody out there for legal advice/.

Good Dr.s terrible coordinators! Pad your bill must have some type commission. Change procedures and Drs. Your balance increases and no one knows who changed what or why. Paid an additional 3,000. on surgery day literally doubled in cost bc they said I had to change Dr. after I paid n the new Dr. cost twice the amount. I had already traveled to Miami. Did same with my next scheduled procedure and decided I had to be sedated at the hospital (separate cost to me) even though I had been sedated there twice before with no proble... read more

The Doctors are great! The coordinators are a nightmare and communication is practically non existent. Most times when you call you are cut off after lengthy hold. When you luck out and get the receptionist, they can never find whoever you need to speak to and will promise a call back that doesn't happen. Your balance goes up without reason, no one knows who changed what, and you cannot get refunds only run around.
