Chris the maintenance guy is awesome
At first everything is friendly and good, but when filling out the application they additionally hold a deposit, for what ? If the application has not been approved yet? There is no hurry to return this deposit, I have to constantly write, call and ask when and how my deposit will be returned. Be careful with all deposits they ask for before the application is approved.
