Chris did an excellent job of repairing AC issues in our unit. He is prompt and is incredibly knowledgeable in his work. We really appreciate him being able to help us so efficiently!
I’d like to thank Moriah Dorame, the Leasing Professional at Avana on Wilshire Apartments for being such a warm, loving, and kind individual. Whenever I’d run into her, it was always a light filled connected conversation. She also helped me handle my parking accommodations in the building very swiftly. Thank you so much for always getting back to me in emails or calling me ahead of time by phone in case I ran into complications, problems, and or had a quick question. We've been living at Avana for almost a year now and loving it. From the moment we moved in, Nikki and Moriah have been super warm and welcoming. They're always responsive to our emails and plan GREAT social events, like our recent Maker Carnival to celebrate entrepreneurs in the building. Chris on the maintenance team is also very friendly and helpful to our requests, and the night guards are a great addition to address noise complaints. I’ve been living at Avana for two months now and I absolutely love it! The area is extremely walkable, the apartments are updated and feel modern. Price point is on par with other communities in the area. Moriah and Nikki in the office have always been friendly and answers all of my random questions promptly. Chris in maintenance is extremely fast and professional! If my positive experience continues, I will definitely be renewing my lease.
