Awesome experience so far after living here for a month. Unit was in great shape, everything is super nicely renovated, and the complex is quiet without any safety concerns. Fantastic location. Bridney was able to change me to a different unit before moving in to get me the best price when my situation changed and I had to sign a shorter lease than expected. Nice and clean environment..
Just moved in for 3 days now. Before I signed the lease the front office told me the apartment was getting fully renovated and the mold in both bathtubs would be replaced. One toilet still doesn’t flush after maintenance attempted to fix it. They must don’t know how to fix a toilet. 1. Front door hardware has missing and loose screws. It’s not aligned with the door jam I have to lift the door up to lock it. I see light coming through front door it’s crooked. 2. Bathroom shower is screaming loud when turned on. I've lived here since before the original owners sold out and a couple of management companies since. I love the location, both the complex and my apartment at the back near the Greenway. I've seen very little trouble from residents here - those who are, tend to leave quickly. The staff are responsive and not intrusive. The property is well kept in my opinion and the amenities are nice.
