Let me start by saying it's a nice place and very good location but worst place to even try , leasing office management is full of ignorant bunch. I am a new immigrant to US and on a H1B work visa. In absence of my 1st pay check(2 weeks away) they 1st denied to consider my offer letter and requested for a guarantor and that he should be making 5 times the rent. My Guarantor does make 5 times easily and me too :) .But surprise.. surprise - they still denied my application based on credit score. Even more surprising is my guar... read more
