I have lived at Avana North Point for four years, and I love it here. Sharika, the new property manager, is fantastic and responds quickly to any inquiries. Rod, Mr.Reggie and Mr. Yuri are the best maintenance staff I've encountered; they have always gone above and beyond whenever I've had an issue, which is very rare. The property is clean and quiet, and I typically have only 1 to 2 maintenance requests each year. If you are looking for a great place to live, please consider Avana North Point!

Update! I want to give a huge shoutout to Rod, the maintenance supervisor, for his impeccable work ethic and superior service. The turn-around time for service is never more than 24-48 hours and often times, I’ve received service the same day my request was submitted. Rod is always professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly! I appreciate that he continuously provides quality service and works tirelessly to fulfill requests, expeditiously! I’ve been living at Avana for six years, and this is the first time my maintenance issues have been taken care of on time! Reggie and Rod are hands down the best maintenance team we’ve had. They are professional, efficient, and truly care about the residents. It’s refreshing to have a team that gets the job done right and in a timely manner. Huge thanks to both of them for their hard work!

I’ve lived here for almost 6 years now. We’ve had alot of trouble with maintenance in the past including not wanting to fix ac issues. Now that we have Rod and Reggie as our maintenance guys everything gets fixed within a day or two. These men are absolutely amazing individuals, aside from just doing their job they show how much they really care for the property and its residents.

this place nickel and dimes you to death! mandatory package service is $17 a month. i dk anyone here who uses it. i certainly don’t. they require that you use the package service’s address instead of your own. so anyone who sends u anything has to have their address. common area electricity $12. (they can’t pay their own electric bill?) mandatory trash pickup $25 whether u use it or not. washer and dryer rental $45. and no u can’t bring your own w&d. service fee to Conservice, $6, who they hired to put monthly statements tog... read more
