Very disappointed about the customer service here I came to tour. Not only do they steal tires management steals your money with outrageous sneaky charges. When we moved in the base rent was 1350 every month are rent went up never down. By the end of our lease rent was at 1800 and it's not like they are updated. Every appliance was old and the walls were cracked from foundation issue. We couldn't close our doors right. Then when we moved out they had the audacity to not only take our 700 dollar deposit for so called damages they also said we had a 200 dollar balance. Super shady apartments... read more
This place doesn't fail to disappoint. There are so many roaches and even after multiple complaints there is no one to take care of it. Also do not see the avg rating cause in my opinion they are just fabricating the reviews.. see the pattern after 2/3 bad reviews there will be many 5 star reviews and some of them are from the people not living in the apartment writing about something random when they visited their friends or something. But again it is my opnion. It has been a struggle since day one.
