Verified Renter My overall experience has been disappointing. We moved into a “renovated” apartment with rundown issues. Although I have been told things would be addressed and my beginning issues were, we are now going on three months of living here and the issues feel never ending. Verified Renter The leasing staff is sometimey with their responses and you may wait weeks for a work order to be filled. At least the maintenance staff is really nice once they finally get to you. I stayed because it was easier than moving somewhere else with everything else I had going on. Do the research on your building and ask if there were any flooding issues with your unit before signing.
