RecommendedIt's been great. I wish that GreyStar would give Rent Forgiveness to the residents that are struggling. But overall this is a great community. Oh and it would get 5 stars if it didn't cost more to have a 12 month lease. How does loyalty cost more money? Rent cost is expensive and that exorbiant cost didn't protect my car from being broken into. Get some security.
Living here since june and had my brand new car broken into twice right under my apartment! I have two young children and I don’t feel safe going out by myself with out my husband. I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THESE APARTMENTS! Paying $2000+ for a apartment they need to have better security at night! The staff doesn’t care at all.
Recently moved in to Avana. Was left alone by Costco to carry huge couches up to 3rd floor but the Erik and Yimer, two of the maintenance men at Avana were incredible and helped carry these boxes up. They definitely went above and beyond!
Neighbors are very nice and I like everyone loves pets
Taylor and Kaitlin were phenomenal! They truly made me feel welcomed! Love my new home!❤️👍
Great place for pet lovers, great pool area, comfortable living area, great staff.
Quiet and friendly community in an amazing location. Facilities are always kept clean and our leasing consultant even had a welcome package waiting for us when we moved in. I absolutely love living here.
Couldn’t have picked a better place to start a new chapter in my life.
