Valerie is wonderful!! Mine and my husbands first time buying a house was something we didn’t know a lot about and Valerie made everything so easy to understand. She’s communicative and will do whatever she can to make the homebuying process easier for you.
Customer experience was terrible. Valerie took 1,100 dollars from me and my family. She took money out of our security deposit for things that she wouldn’t respond to. I was on Military Leave and she asked for the keys and I responded and told her and she took money for that and the landscaping when I didn’t even live there. I will never rent from her again. I do not recommend her at all.
I have moved more than most over the past 20 years and Valerie is by far the best realtor I’ve experienced to date. She is high energy, flexible, responsive to the customer’s needs, and isn’t just in it for a dollar. On top of all of this, she is very intelligent (which I value) and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. She is 1-stop shop with connections to any service you need. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.
Valerie was incredible while selling my condo. She was very knowledgeable about the laws and, while I was living three hours away, she went above and beyond to ensure the process went as easily and as smoothly as possible. The lack of professionalism Valerie possessed is limited, not only is she back handed, but lacks integrity. We were in the process of trying to purchase our home we have been renting for several years. We ran into a few obstacles. Valerie advised us that the house we are purchasing will NOT get approved for the FHA loan due to the “maintenance” issues.
