I've lived at Avalon Willow Glen for a while now, and I wanted to leave an honest review that covers both the positives and the negatives. There are definitely things I enjoy. The community is in a great location, the apartments themselves are nice, it's generally a quiet place to live, and I've met some wonderful neighbors here. My interactions with the leasing office have generally been positive, and when maintenance is available, the technicians are friendly and courteous. Ricko D was very quick and efficient with the repairs. He was courteous and very friendly. Did the work well and made me happy.
Parking is a huge issue here and only about to get worse. Impossible to find parking after 7 pm and now they are taking away more parking sports to build ADUs. Most days I street park and have to walk to my apartment. The apartments themselves are nice. The place is dog friendly and the neighbors are pleasant
Really happy with my visit overall. Both the quality of service and the customer support stood out immediately. Everything felt organized, professional, and easy to deal with, which made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
