Review 2: We are in the process of transferring to a bigger apartment within the same complex & Nico has been extremely helpful! She’s done everything in her power to help us stay here & I’m very grateful! Thanks for everything Nico! Review 1: My dryer sadly broke over the holidays. Jonathan was so helpful even though maintenance was so backed up. Max installed a new dryer & I’m so thankful! Thank you both so much for the great & friendly service!

Not the worst place to live but definitely not worth the price. 1- Hidden move out cost not discussed during leasing process. Don’t worry about cleaning or throwing anything out, as there are a mandatory $195 carpet cleaning and $125 cleaning fee. 2- No parking plus $87 monthly parking fee. Recently announced they are removing parking spots to build more apartments. 3- Extremely loud neighbors and I don’t mean weekend parties. There are 24/7 parties with live music.
