I just moved into Avalon and had a few maintenance things that needed to be fixed upon moving in- and we had Max come to our apartment to fix everything. At first- Max just came to fix our washer in which was not working correctly- they got a new washer within the next hour and I explained to Max a few extra things that needed to be fixed that I noticed when I moved in.
