Focus on cleaning the entrance and within the stairways and parking lot. Dog waste is always on Rubino. , and never picked up. Your priorities need to be redirected. This a great place. I have always loved Avalon Apartments. The front desk agents here are very helpful. On my move in day, I went to the wrong apartment. They assisted me with the correct location. The agent also assisted me with the transfer from Woodland Hills to Willow Glen. Spacious apartments. I have a king size bed and plenty of room in the master bedroom.
Ricko did an amazing job! He fixed our water heater and our fire alarm quickly and professionally. Everything works perfectly now. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend him!
