horrible. stay away. lived there two years and nothing but issues. had an apartment in both buildings Avalon and Dobro. 1) water safety issues - brown water 2) constant elevator outages 3) vandalism moved out during the pandemic and continued to pay 3 months rent. then had both the security kept and a bill for cleaning (due to the dirty water sediment- see pic supplied by management). read the other reviews below. this is an ongoing problem and management has proven to be inflexible.
Our move into Avalon was unusual in that we moved-in with few items; our “new” furniture was shipped via local carriers. Added, we split our time between Brooklyn and Michigan so we were not around to accept many deliveries. At the height of our deliveries, I had unscheduled travel and there was 12 packages (most of them large) waiting with the concierge.
