Just moved in and the office staff was amazing during the process. Place is clean and beautiful. Some of the comments below are actually pretty funny. No disrespect. I am sure there can be issues. Nothing is perfect but I have found the staff very responsive.
Well right now I have to give Avalon Wharton a bad rating because while we have complained to the office several times about the neighbors upstairs, it seems nothing is or will change. I stepped out on my deck this afternoon to find dog pee on one of our deck chairs, which explains why they threw water all over there deck, and consequentially our deck, a few days back. This type of inconsiderate behavior needs to stop!! Maybe a bad rating will help something get done! I'm fed up!
Well this started as a nice place to live but now they make it impossible to get a decent parking spot for you car that you already have to pay 50 bucks to park here now you need to pay 75 more a month to reserve a spot next to any door on any floor it's so ridiculous I can't believe they are becoming so greedy it makes me sick
