Great building but they are unable to fix some major issues with the property. 1. The elevators are absolutely unreliable and break almost every day forcing residents to walk around searching for the one that is functioning. The management has not solved this problem in the almost full year that I have lived on property. 2. There is a huge homeless and theft problem which makes this property extremely undesirable. 3. So many issues with the building and nothing gets addressed. The negative reviews here are all true.
The building is gorgeous, units are clean and nice, and the staff is friendly but none of it is really worth it at the end of the day. You can hear your upstair neighbor's every step (and it's not just my unit, it's all of them). It sounds like they're going to come through the floor at all times, and I've heard many of my neighbors complain about the same thing. It's a fairly large community and the elevator near my unit has not worked in four days causing long walks around the building to find one that does work. This is a... read more
