It was so great working with the team at Avalon Vista on Saturday while serving Ice Cream to their residents! They worked with us to practice safe social distancing by having people stationed 6' apart while in line, they encouraged everyone to wear facial coverings, and everything was organized and ran so smoothly! Avalon Vista has been a great living experience so far. The staff is excellent and supportive. Me and my family feels secured to live at Avalon Vista. The property is well maintained and kept clean all while. We would definitely love to live here as much we can.

Absolutely love living here! My husband and I moved in 2 months ago (our first place together) The property is very clean and well maintained. It is quiet and family friendly! PLUS they are SUPER dog friendly, complete with a little dog park, which is a great place to take your pup to get some exercise and make new friends. The maintenance team is amazing and the leasing staff is incredibly welcoming! We are so so happy we get to Call Avalon Vista our first home!
