****Update**** It’s been over 4 years since we moved in. They have focused on quality of life here. The new groundskeeper had done an excellent job keeping the property clean. The maintenance team is doing. A great job keeping the place in shape considering they are stretched thin. The office team is responsive and taking care of problems quickly. Worst experience of my life living here when I moved in it was dirty had holes in the walls everything was dirty I had to deep clean everything and patch the holes in the walls before I moved in I constantly had to beg them to fix things they made us shower in black water for a week before fixing the problem and gaslit us into thinking we were crazy for seeing that as an issue we had no kitchen light for 6 months because water was leaking into it and again we were crazy for seeing that as a hazard and they never fixed it the... read more

I moved into a studio apartment in July 2024 because I was trying to get a fresh start in a different state, but nobody would rent to me because I had no monthly income, except for Pikes Place, who accepted me based on what I had in the bank. And for a while, I was grateful for that. Do I really have to complain to you guys about this place every night. You literally have children playing im the parking lot every night. As well as loud music every night. I gotta work. I cant even get a good night's sleep here. Please just avoid this place. Got cockroachs for the first time. Sent them some email. Nothing back. This place sucks
