RecommendedMy husband and I have had a great experience at Avalon! Beautiful carpeted apartments, and great staff.
The staff is respectful and friendly; very nice and safe community; the common areas are clean, and maintenance is prompt and very helpful even on holidays! They make sure you feel welcome!! The pool and gym areas are incredible!!! Very nice and clean! Highly recommend!
Had to deal with bed bugs for 4 months after moved in and had to live in the apt while the bed bugs were treated, 2 different companies came, one said there were no bed bugs. What are we paying for? Being bitten?! We might have another infestation, getting bites, but haven’t seen the bed bugs yet. Leasing office is a little slow in reacting to such a big problem. This afternoon, José and Damodar came to fix three outstanding issues my fiancé and I had reported and they were extremely friendly and efficient.
The Townhouse apartment is really great, with garage direct to your home. Stuff in leasing office are so nice, I worked with Adrienne Krauel, who is super professional and helpful with my move-in process.
Avalon Tysons Corner is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You're close to everything shopping, resturants, and some of it's within walking distance.
Highly recommended! Nice neighborhood. One of the best areas with schools having high rating. Very helpful Avalon staff working to accommodate all the requests coming from the residents.
