Terrible building management The biggest mistake I made was moving into this building. The second biggest was trusting that the new building manager had made a difference and renewing our lease. I have lived here now for 18 months and am counting the days to be able to move out. Things constantly break down in this building because appliances in the units are 15-20 years old. I had the worst experience living here with so many things that broke such as dryer machine, elevator, garage door, front entrance, and bowling alley. Dryer took almost 3 months to get repaired because each solution was a temporary fix. When elevator gets broken, the entire building shares the other one which takes a long time especially during rush hour. It takes 1 - 2 weeks get it fixed. Incompetent management I don't recommend this place to anyone. This place has the potential of being a great place to live, but the management and maintenance are incredibly incompetent. They are good at making themselves look busy but they are absolutely useless.
