We used Avalon Motor Coaches for transportation to a large sporting event and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We rented three buses to transport our group, and everything went exactly as planned. I had a great experience with Avalon for our corporate event. We rented 4 charter buses to shuttle participants back and forth and had an outstanding experience. The drivers were friendly and professional and all buses arrived early.
I booked a shuttle through Arizona Corporate Coach, to bring 54 guests to and from my wedding. We made the reservations months in advance, paid in full, and checked in the week of the event. On the day of our wedding the shuttle was an hour late and would not have been able to bring the guests to the wedding on time. As a result, all of my guests had to drive themselves or take Ubers and Lyfts to the wedding at an additional cost. What a terrible company, they don’t know how to conduct business on the phone, they think it’s ok to harass drivers on the phone over and over while trying to drive, all for a job they booked last minute in a city that was having its annual Formula 1 race, and they allow their personnel on the phone to tell the driver that he’s an idiot, and then they attempt to slander the local limousine company they hired, these booking agencies should be obsolete, extremely embarrassing.
