RecommendedI love living here and Jack is fabulous. With that said, I have now received 6 messages about three parking spaces with multiple threats of towing. I appreciate the need to discuss parking. But it would be greatly appreciated if you put in as much effort into the elevator as you do with parking. We pay way to much money to be chastised for parking spots and not having the elevator fixed. It has been months with one elevator. Sent from my iPhone
We looked around for almost 10 apartments in the Mountain view area. Avalon towers of the peninsula, clearly stood out for both my wife and me in terms of floor plan, location, amenities and support from apartment management.Jack was super supportive and fast in clarifying every single question that I had on regard to the application process and move. The whole process after finalizing the apartment we liked to signing the lease was quite smooth and super quick. Thanks, Jack!
I moved to Avalon last year and Jack and his team were professional and so helpful and help us in all moving process and I think Jack is one of the best managers that I have ever seen and they managed services and amenities in pandemic very good and all the team are so friendly and try to help residents.
Great experience to date. Well built and maintained. Avalon team has been particularly helpful - e.g. Jack Najeeb-Brush, Claudia Pacheco, Trever Staten, Ray Plata have all been great. I am looking forward to meeting the rest of the crew. Thanks a lot Ali
1.Garbage chute doors regularly malfunction and unable to throw garbage away. People then pile smelly garbage bags by chute doors or at times in the hallways. 2. Insects entering apartments because there are no screens to windows or patio/balcony doors-at the very least, a screen should be placed on sliding doors to patio/balcony. 3. Some people take their pets into the pool area and allow them to sit on chairs, even with notices that pets are not allowed. 4. Stairwells are rarely cleaned. Dust and pet hair pile up. 5. i have been here for 10 years and it is a wonderful community with professional residents , It is quiet and serene , yet easy access to all shopping areas and freeways , The maintenance team has been SUPERB in taking care of residents in a prompt and respectful manner. Humberto and Oscar the two people who work tirelessly on the team make Avalon a very comfortable place to live in !
We have been extremely happy with our apartment and the services provided by Jason in the leasing office as well as maintenance and the concierge! The move-in process went pretty seamless and so far, the building has been quiet. The pool area is beautiful and well planned. So far, so good!
