dont move here its a trap – obviously any other review above 1star would definitely be a lie. this place is filthy... it is not enjoyable it is unsafe it has roaches everywhere... the city of houston has threatened to condemn this building several times for rat infestation. the management company does not want to take knowledge what is really going wrong. Great place... great price....quit – Lived here for over a year. Moving but staying in the building. The staff has been great. Overall this is a great place to live. Will be moving just down the hall in a bit over a month. This is the best location for the money in Houston. The only cons are that sometimes other residents don't take great care of the place. There is also no washer and dryers in the units. This gives great excuse to pay someone else to do your laundry. Building is quiet and safe. I highly recommend this prope... read more
