Very poor management! I’ve been a resident at Grove Somerset Management for some time and generally appreciated the community, but my recent experience has revealed very poor management practices. After a payment date fell on a weekend, I made the payment the next business day, yet was still charged a $250 late fee. Very good tour
Absolutely atrocious place to live. Noisy neighbors, kids screaming top of their lungs all damn day. Don’t come here, the facade covers up a foundation of rot. Every step someone takes in the hallway or their unit reverberates through the ceilings/floors. They force you to pay a $600 ‘amenity fee’ on top of all the utilities, parking, garbage fee you already pay! For what, a crappy gym??? They said 2 years ago that the equipment would be replaced, nothing other than adding 2 broken treadmills!
Highly recommend the Grove at Somerset NJ. The community is an oasis- so beautiful well maintained and peaceful. The staff is super Amazing; kind, friendly, helpful and professional. By the way my daughter loves her new school. Thank you for a wonderful and seamless move in experience.
