High Rent, Low Reward We were one of the first tenants to move into this brand new complex that was built a couple of years ago. The rent is really high and it went up over the years. Avelon Somerset Our complex is a high end pet friendly community. Great responsive staff. Large and bright apartments Nicely kept grounds and a salt water pool.
It does not feel like you are in NJ when you drive into this place. The structures and architecture are more like southern communities I have seen. 2 guests per household for the pool tho...?!?!
