I have gone to this place a couple times before but this time I was unhappy with my haircut. I got there maybe 2 minutes late and was sat down 7 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start (not a problem at all). The stylist washed my hair and asked me what I wanted so I showed her a couple pictures of collarbone length hair. She started to cut my hair but I felt like she was rushing it for some reason. I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing facial with Emma. My skin feels cleansed and glowy. Emma had a friendly presence during the treatment while focused on providing all the necessary skin care steps I want in a facial. I appreciated her caring about the outcome. I very much enjoyed the neck massage and left feeling very happy and satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend her and will be back soon.
Sophie is amazing!!! She did such a phenomenal job with my manicure and she is so kind!!! I love how Sophie talked with me in such a respectful, compassionate, engaging manner throughout the entire appointment! I feel lucky to have met Sophie and I will definitely come back soon to see Sophie again!!!!
