Had Avalon Roofing come out to repair a leak on my roof in Sept of 2012 right after the monsoons cleared out. Leak was determined to be where the roof transitioned from Tile to Shingle runner for the A/C unit. Paul told me it was because the underlayment was curling up due to age and he jsut needed to use tar to glue it down and water would no longer be able to get under it.
