Leaving in the community was completely fine but when I moved out, I got to know the real side of the management of the community. First, they tried to wrongly charge me 1000 of dollars for carpet replacement and other damages. I asked for proof multiple times, so they dropped that. Complete and utter bad...If you can handle it than go for it. Past resident and everyone wants peace and if you dont fit in, "Management will literally say bye/charge you." Don't be a certain, "Way" here. I was also called a "Thing," the first day by another tenant.
Rude staffs and ridiculous management. Packages are constantly stolen and opened in the mail room. When I talked to staffs, they acted like it wasn’t their problem and said that they are installing cameras and have been saying so since I moved in last June 2024. I’ve had a total of 6 packages go missing in the last month, wished it was an exaggeration. Save yourself the headache.
We have had a great move in experience. Chase has been super responsive. The maintenance team, Nathan and Dillon, have responded to requests within 24 hours. We love the location. Very happy so far.
