Very highly priced and poor managment
I wish I could give this place 0 stars right now…we moved in here back in 2020 and aside from when they did the construction on our building it was absolutely perfect and I loved it here…until Chase and Oscar moved in. It was okay at first but then they started slamming their front door every time they went out which is like 20-30 times a day depending on the day and while they don’t slam it as much as they used to they still aren’t closing it quietly and they’ve woken me up coming home as late as 3am and they often wake me ... read more
Okay apartments, deceptive and rude management. I negotiated a move in discount with them which they responded to by raising the monthly rate and then changed my lease from 12 to 10 months. Before moving in, I was told utilities are, “never more than $100” yet I pay $100-150 every month, $50 of which is for trash service which piles up and smells terrible. Why wouldn't you put apartment numbers and letters by the parking area for EMTs, firefighters, and delivery drivers to see? If it rains and gets dark, people end up at the wrong door, and they could get shot.
Avoid at all costs!!! They made up fines that weren’t in my signed lease agreement. When I brought it up to management, they ignored me (they still won’t acknowledge me). They then sent the fabricated charges to debt collectors with a lease I had never seen before, and refuse to discuss the debt with me at all. Be prepared to go to court to get your security deposit back. They aren’t going to give it back willingly. (They “lost” mine in addition to the made up fees)
