Worst experience I've ever dealt with. The owner and CEO is rude and unprofessional. She once hung up on me mid conversation. They breached their contract and got their lawyer involved to keep me with them despite them not properly managing the property. Repairs took months and all quotes were overpriced. The home had damage due to them not properly maintaining basic household systems. They didn't pay on time. Poor communication. Unfortunately it's too late for me but do yourself a favor and stay away.
We are a couple in our 50s. My husband works seven days a week to support us and I am disabled yet when we asked for a 30 day extension to vacate Even though we paid our rent on time every month, We never had any complaints against us, all we wanted was a safe place to live. We were told to leave and given “no cause “just told we have 30 days to try and move all of our belongings into storage they said DENIED! I cannot speak on Avalon as a whole. But we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Laura! May the best vibes in the world be with you if you have to deal with this person. There is not enough characters for me to explain to you how awful she is, but just remember this, if she, for any reason, decides she has something personal against you, even though you pay your rent on time every month, have never had a complaint, she will evict you for “no cause “she truly is evil.
I am so disappointed with your company! I am a tenant at one of the properties that your company oversees, Mesa Ridge Townhomes in Las Vegas Nevada. Your company started off great for the first couple of months and it has plummet. Your leasing manager is terrible the person that oversees the property here at Mesa Ridge Townhomes.
