I own several properties and have one of my daughters that rent from them. This is the worst property management ever! All they want is your money, They don't care about anything else or the community! The owner Tal is discriminatory and preys on the less fortunate. Very condescending. I had to step in for my daughter because in the heat of Atlanta, they demanded money before they would repair the AC.
