First off wow. The property manager? worker? Beverly "Bevmo" is on drugs or drunk at all times it seems like. Shes never at her management office. She only has to be there 3 days of the week for 4 hours and shes still not there. Contacting her is impossible and she thinks aliens are attacking. What a great start right?
