Absolutely brilliant, from the moment I called by phone to order flowers to seeing the smile on the face of my gorgeous wife when I handed her the flowers. Called Sunday afternoon to order a bouquet. Bella was very professional, accommodating and a pleasure to chat with. I picked up the flowers which were ready on time with no issues. My wife was delighted with them. I have used these kind folks the past 2 years, and have been very impressed! I brought the negative reviews to the owners attention and they explained that they had purchased the business a couple years ago and when looking at these reviews they are older than the current ownership has been in place...
