Came by for a tour and was met with a very stoned face unwelcoming leasing agent. I believe her name was Kim. Due to her unprofessional attitude she didn’t introduce herself. I was taken aback by her behavior but was able to still tour the apartment. This property was within my preferred range of commute to and from work so I decided to apply. Update: This was my previous review and experience as to when I attempted renting from them many years ago. I am now a homeowner and could care less about a response from whoever the property manager is now! I doubt that your pathetic rules and criteria have changed in 2026 and I wouldn't care if they did or NOT! Cam was absolutely amazing! She was so professional but also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood the whole process, which I really appreciated. I felt very comfortable speaking with her from the start. She truly makes living here feel like home. So grateful for her help!
I just want to shout out Jacqori in the leasing office because shes honestly amazing. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something, shes been super helpful and quick to respond. she actually take the time to explain things and make sure everything gets handled. It’s really refreshing to deal with someone who’s professional but also approachable and kind. You can tell she care about the residents and about doing their job well.
