I could not let this year end without telling what a wonderful person Jay Nicolas, (watche keeper)was doing the summer, I got over heated coming into the building with my packages. I felt faint and just made it to the counter, (there were no chairs, ). Jay saw me and rushed over, he gave me some water, after a while I felt much better, he also carried my packages up stairs for me, He was very kind to me. Just wanted to say publicly THANK YOU, Never forget that day.
To the awesome 5 Star maintenance team, Jarrod, Frank, Terrence, Cora, and Jay. They all work together to get the job done. They get here early in the morning and work in all kinds of weather conditions. They do their best to keep our beautiful grounds clean and the building. Merry Xmas to the awesome 5 and happy holidays. Keep up the good work. You are appreciated.
I want to thank Ms. Douglas for remembering me on Veterans Day. She put a smile on my face.
I've been a resident at this complex for almost 2 years and I can say the best person that physically works in the office is Ms. Vivian. She has made my transition from a one bed to a two bedroom in the community very smooth. Anytime I have a issue she's always on it and for that I genuinely appreciate her. Also special shoutout to the maintenance team for always coming when I need them. You guys a more than appreciated if I'm being quite house. Ps. These stars are for these people
