Not even worth 1 star! Unprofessional from the leasing agents down to the property manager. They will lie to you to get your application fee ($50) and security deposit ($350) without fully explaining to you upfront about key details that you need to qualify to be able to rent an apartment. Property manager and leasing agents only rely on what is presented to them on the computer about you and will not accept any additional paperwork from you that explains reasons that things are on the computer about you. As my grand and I entered the room needing assistance, we recieved immediate attention. The friendly staff stopped what they were doing to assist. Especially nick name Cam what a special caring person Thanks again for helping us Park West @Peek Road
One of the nicest well kept apartments on this side of town for the rental rate, spacious rooms and closets. Plus maintenance ROCK!!!!
