We have been living at Avalon Parcsquare for several years and are very happy with the overall experience. The location, its safety and proximity to everything (the trail, library, grocery, bus, coffee shops) are great! Especially grateful for the diligence of the maintenance team (special mention: Donny). Once an issue is reported, the extent to which they go to ensure that the issue is really fixed (through follow-up visits, check-in) is particularly worth mentioning.
