Good management and guidance. Bigger size than other apartment. It’s convenient and in the best location. This is an apartment where employees reside, not AI. Inspections and repairs are also handled quickly and smoothly. In particular, Carlos’ flexible and efficient work process was an excellent experience. I highly recommend it.

i loved living here, and i loved that my kid met so many other kids in the elevator and around the building. there are a lot of families and kids here, which is great for other families, but it must be bad for the adults who aren’t understanding of little kids and their habits. i and other families got quite a few noise complaints bc of our kiddos, which i found very curious. it’s my understanding that if you live in an apartment complex with kids, you’ll be bound to come into contact with other kids and their habits, and yo... read more

We went as prospective tenant to look at a townhouse., which was actually quite nice. Janaya in the leasing office was extremely cooperative and showed us the townhouse

I've lived here for a little over ten years now, and I've found both the office staff and the maintenance staff to be very helpful, professional, and responsive. (Shout-out to Donny, who seems to know how to fix everything!) The location is also great; it's a short walk from here to the grocery store, to the library, to various restaurants, to public transit, and to the trails along the Sammamish River.
