Donny and Junior from the maintainence team are great! They came in resolved our issues the very next morning from when we opened the issue. They were super quick in fixing multiple issues.Not only did they fix the issues we opened they also fixed minor ones which we missed openings without any complains . We have been living for 3 years in this community and such a good mainatainence team is one the primary reason which have kept us here.
I have been living in ParcSquare for 3 months now. The service team is very good.
The maintinance crew is amazing, big shout out to Junior for being so kind and professional !

We have been living at Avalon Parcsquare for several years and are very happy with the overall experience. The location, its safety and proximity to everything (the trail, library, grocery, bus, coffee shops) are great! Especially grateful for the diligence of the maintenance team (special mention: Donny). Once an issue is reported, the extent to which they go to ensure that the issue is really fixed (through follow-up visits, check-in) is particularly worth mentioning.
