It’s been great living here, management is always responsive and maintenance team helped a lot when I have request for the maintenance of the apartment. I recently requested for lock fix and bathroom check up. The team is super attentive and hope to fix my door lock problem at the earliest in case I got locked out. Junior came in to check and help fix on the problem very fast! also shared some tips on maintain couple electronics at the apartment, I really appreciated their help.

I’ve been living at Avalon Park Square since 2024, and I absolutely love it! The management and staff are amazing, always friendly, professional, and quick to help. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. You can truly feel that they care about both the residents and the community. Highly recommend!
Donny and Junior from the maintainence team are great! They came in resolved our issues the very next morning from when we opened the issue. They were super quick in fixing multiple issues.Not only did they fix the issues we opened they also fixed minor ones which we missed openings without any complains . We have been living for 3 years in this community and such a good mainatainence team is one the primary reason which have kept us here.
