This is at the Luther Jackson Middle School directly across from Avalon Mosaic. The people that live in the Avalon Mosaic leave such a mess and no one bothers to look for an empty trash can or somewhere else to put their pets waste !

WOW. The team here is amazing - they did a fantastic job of making me feel welcome even though it was all done virtually. I transferred here from another Avalon property where I had a great relationship with the management team so I was a little worried about moving - but no worries now! Tim Lorzing was an amazing supporter and went out of his way to make this seamless! They have been responsive and are simply awesome. I can't wait to actually meet everyone in-person!

Location is very good. There are many interesting events on weekends. It is easy to live in many ways. Employees are always friendly .apt is clean
The staff is very friendly, the location is superb, the facility is really clean and the maintenance service is very quick & professional. The only downside -which is a building design issue- the transfer of the noise between units & footsteps between floors. Especially if you have kids! it's almost impossible to control them 100% of the time not to run or play during daytime!
