I wouldn’t recommend Avalon to a homeless person. The walls are SUPER thin, so if you stay on the first floor you hear EVERYTHING! Maintenance NEVER comes and fixes anything even after you put a request in through the portal. Whoever lives above me smokes weed and it comes through my vents. Police is always riding through, cars be speeding in the parking lot not watching for kids. Don’t rent from this company. I left a message on a voicemail pertaining to a tenant that live on the property. They let the tenant listen to the voicemail that’s against the law.
This place is horrible they let people fight handicapped people and discriminate against transgenders I would never move there
OMG!. 🫢 I wish I could give ZERO stars!. MY FAMILY MEMBER LIVES HERE, I LIKE HIS 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT SETUP BECAUSE IT'S GROUND LEVEL WITH NOOOOOO ENTRY STAIRS. THEY DON'T HAVE A DOG BREED RESTRICTION IN HERE OR THEY SIMPLY IGNORE IT.
