This place is horrible they let people fight handicapped people and discriminate against transgenders I would never move there
OMG!. 🫢 I wish I could give ZERO stars!. MY FAMILY MEMBER LIVES HERE, I LIKE HIS 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT SETUP BECAUSE IT'S GROUND LEVEL WITH NOOOOOO ENTRY STAIRS. THEY DON'T HAVE A DOG BREED RESTRICTION IN HERE OR THEY SIMPLY IGNORE IT. ITS SOOOOOOOO MANY PITBULLS LIVING HERE AND HARDLY ANYONE PICKS UP THEIR DOG POOP 💩💩💩 🤮 SO IN THE SUMMERTIME PLEASE LOOK WHERE YOU STEP. The normal front desk lady Sharon is really nice but the other people not so much. They got upset at me for leaving some trash on my porch for a few days when the stairs to the dumpsters are toxic. Someone's garbage bag broke open and there has been decomposing food and trash on the stairs for weeks. You cant even breath the air area anymore. I don't feel safe so now I have load up my car and drive it around which is a lot more work on top of all the hours I have been doing at work.
I've lived here for 6 1/2 years and have been through changes in ownership and several different managers. The first girl whom I signed my lease with was nice, but she left not too long after. Then there were some that were rude. Now we finally have one I really like. Thank you Sharon for taking care of things, and for bring so nice. Also, maintenance gets to your needs pretty quick.
