OMG!. MY SISTER LIVES HERE, I LIKE HER 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT. ITS GROUND LEVEL WITH NOOO STAIRS. HOWEVER THEY DON'T HAVE A DOG BREED RESTRICTION IN THERE OR THEY SIMPLY IGNORE IT. ITS SOOOOO MANY PITBULLS LIVING THERE, & HARDLY ANYONE PICKS UP THEIR DOG POOP 🤮 SO IN THE SUMMER TIME PLEASE LOOK WHERE YOU STEP. ALSO THEY HAVE GREAT AMENITIES. LOOK UP THE PICTURES ON APARTMENTS.COM

Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. See my review of Gorman, the company that owns em, while they spread their philosophy of horrorshow housing management. Low income,, and young people deserve so much better, but Gor'valon ensures that they won't get it. .01 stars out of 100.

I lived here for a year and let me tell you. Was okay until the management just "disappeared" That's when all the issues started. My upstairs neighbor started to harass and threaten me to the point of multiple police calls and attempts to get ahold of the office started. No office staff besides the maintenance guy who, as I saw, was the only one. Multiple people can't get ahold of the office to renew their leases.
