They've offloaded property management to AI. They keep marking maintenance requests complete without fixing the issue. I had to suffer through the heat wave with a broken AC that I put requests for before the heat wave and they just keep marking them complete.
It is 90 degrees outside. The timer for the water sprinkler is set to 30 seconds and comes on every 15-20 minutes. Not acceptable

Giving no stars if I could recommend don’t move here it’s Horrible maintenance is horrible property management is horrible they don’t do anything if they do it’s on there time and it can be days later to be done. They will take ur money they don’t care. When living there it was awful I didn’t take my kids outside over there much cause people had no respect.
